Botswana

Since 2002, nationals of Botswana have been sponsored by the Australian Government through the Australia Awards to study in Australia. Applicants from Botswana are eligible to apply for Masters and Short Course awards.

Australia Awards Scholarships (Masters level)

Applications are open from 1 September 2017 to 15 December 2017.

Priority areas are:

• Agricultural Productivity
• Extractives
• Public Policy (including trade infrastructure, public financial administration, education, as well as Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and public health)

Applications will also be considered in the following sectors:

• Climate Change
• Environmental Management
• Water Management
• Gender
• Social Development

Australia Awards Short Courses

Applications are open from 1 September 2017 to 15 January 2018.

Priority areas are:

• Agricultural Productivity
• Extractives
• Public Policy
