Eligibility Criteria – ETHIOPIA


  • National of Ethiopia.
  • At least 25 and not more than 50 years of age at the date of application.
  • At least five (5) years’ post-graduation work experience in a relevant policy, practice, researcher reform role. Preference will be given to candidates with greater periods of experience.
  • Have a clear vision of how he/she will use the knowledge gained through the award program to improve policy or practice in Ethiopia in the proposed field of study.
  • Must be willing to make a formal commitment to return to Ethiopia and his/her current employment following the completion of the award.
